Unlike other mortgage advisors we experienced who made initial negative judgements and decisions before initial consultations, Brian took the opportunity to get to know us on a personal level which isn’t an easy task in itself via the telephone however, due to the pandemic and in the current circumstances this was essential for us. Me and my partner were late getting onto the properly ladder, taking the leap in our 30s.
