Elaine was spectacular to work with. Kind, communicative, patient, thorough and a true problem solver. No question or concern went unanswered or unaddressed. My family of eight had the most wonderful vacation. Our Villa was just one year old, so everything was brand new. The staff at the villa were so pleasant and did everything they could to make our visit special; from the delicious breakfast every morning with homemade coffee cake to fresh fruit and cappuccino. We also had several dinners in and they were some of the best meals we had on the entire trip. Elaine Donoghue was our concierge contact and she was amazing, from helping with special outings(boat trip one day with snorkeling and views of the coastline). She helped with finding drivers to take us to other destinations( trip to Pompei with a delicious lunch at a vineyard after the tour. Also help with dinner reservations, and all kinds of useful information; I just can’t say enough about how much we appreciated her help. I felt after daily chats with Elaine I had found a new best friend.

The entire process from renting the villa to car rentals, airport transportation, reservations, etc…was all taken care of by Rowena. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made everything happen. i would highly recommend using Exceptional villas and we will definitely be using them our next trip as well.

We recently returned from Barbados after a 7-night stay at Foster House arranged expertly by Yvonne and Rowena of Exceptional Villas. We shared this magnificent villa with our two sons and their families. With a stunning view of the water, and such spacious and beautiful accommodations, we had everything at our disposal. The staff were wonderful - we were blessed to have Cheryl, our cook, and her lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to us all. The house was always clean and the food delicious. Beach Kandi Villa is simply stunning! A gorgeous place with breathtaking views from every room! We loved our vacation! Turks and Caicos is a wonderful island with lovely people! The planners, the villa staff, and the drivers were all amazing! Can’t wait to return.
