I was skeptical at first to use this company, just simply because you just never know these days.... but from my very first email, the guest services specialist (Julie Kirby) assigned to us has been AMAZING. So prompt in answering all of my emails (even all of the little, silly questions I have!) This process has been very easy & I would definitely use this company again & would highly recommend them!

Working with Exceptional Villas has been a positive experience, seamless with no issue or detail overlooked. Portico 1 is a VERY WELL MAINTAINED villa. Sophia and Crystal are true professionals (very good teaming arrangement - they work well together) who are sensitive to the needs of their guests. Sophia is always attentive and has provided awesome recommendations for points of interest on the island. Crystal is a very talented chef who has "wowed" us with every meal prepared. We love Portico 1 and are delighted with the spaciousness, sea views, privacy, security, and cleanliness. It is a beautiful villa. The owners have spared no detail in its presentation, decor, and comfort. The property is truly as what you see online. Love the whole house audio system; we also enjoy the same at home! Well kept and maintained. We were greeted by the property manager, Maureen, and she provided an array of points of interest on the island. We would love to return for another week, maybe 2!
