Exceptional Villa's took great care of us every step of the way. The Tryall Club specifically in Jamaica was amazing and the sunset villa was 5stars with incredible staff and cooks. Make sure you ask for Anthony to be your host at the villa he was on top of everything we needed and went above and beyond for his service on behalf of his entire staff who were great.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Exceptional Villas. They are very communicative, responsive, thorough and friendly. You always wonder if it's safe or good value - and this was BOTH! Everyone on the team, from Niamh and Julie to the local contacts and concierge made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to book through EV. They did all they could to ensure we found the right place, for the right price, and we had all our needs taken care of before arriving and while on the island. We have now booked two villas through Exceptional Villas, one in Barbados two years ago and one in St Lucia this year.
