I have ordered two signs from front signs, and have been very satisfied with each one. They are very creative and can cater to your needs even if it is a crazy idea. They have very reasonable production times, and they send you everything you need to have the same installed, or partner with an installer. Great product and great service.

John did a bait and switch. John completely changed the deliverable sign style from foam core that was requested in writing with photos for reference and then printed onto die bond which is a completely different product! He then admitted over the phone that although he changed the sign style in writing on the Proof, HE DID NOT TELL US!!! After confronting him about this dishonest bait and switch, John admitted that he changed the proof but in all of our phone calls John admitted he didn't tell us he was making this substantial change. John then tried to tell me he explained it to my assistant. So i got my assistant on the phone and it turns out he told no one. He simply changed the type of sign on the proof. It was hard to see the material details on the sign and I never would have dreamed they would make such a substantial change when i sent them images of 3d foam core from their website when i first reached out as reference. After admitting to this change without telling us and wasting weeks of our time, John held the contract over our heads NO integrity at this compny and the attitude John had was very dismissive about the time and money he wasted. Changing the sign material from 3d foam core to printing onto a 2d piece of die bond is substantial and John should have told us he was making that change despite our specific request and reference photos. The way he handled his mistake was even worse. Our experience with front signs was dishonest, frustrating and wasteful.
