Our installation appointment was set…
Our installation appointment was set for a time. Day off we didn’t get a call til less than 30 mins before scheduled time to be updated that the installer was behind on another job and out appointment had been push back 6 hours. Once installer arrived he put up sign and damaged it in the process. Tried to fix but failed. We contacted customer care and was told that it would be fixed 9 Days letter. The hole is still in the sign just patched up. Definitely feel cheated.
