I gave a good report, now I wish I hadn’t. We have phoned them up twice as the garage door will not lock. We have told them about the problem and all they say they will get someone to come down. This has gone on since the 9th July 24.

They came when they said they would. There had been a delay, but they let me know immediately. Job finished a lot quicker than I expected. No mess left. Work looked neat, tidy & professional.
