Daniel and Charlie really worked hard today and in the heat to put right all the wrongs with our new garage roof. Now sorted we are over the moon. Thankyou lads.

I found your employees to be very courteous, and well mannered. They got on with the job in hand and were very efficient. I have no complaints with them at all. on the completion of the work it was a job well done.

Matt and Damon arrived early and set about removing the old roof. They very quickly replaced it with the new one. My concerns about the satellite dish at the end of the garage being too close to the roof were dispelled as they successfully replaced that section without disturbing the signal. Matt and Damon did a great job, they were efficient and friendly. I love the new roof and thank you to all concerned.

VSF have been professional from start to finish. They gave an installation date and the installer phoned to confirm his arrival time the day before. Luke and Ben were our installers and worked hard, and tidied up when finished. We are very pleased with the new garage roof.

The men who fixed our roof were very friendly and hard working BUT: The work resulted in a massive leak upon our first rain, water poured through the roof into the back passage and into my kitchen onto my cooker which is not below the roof but a few feet into the house!! There was a smaller leak into the garage in a completely different spot. My neighbour, who had the work done at the same time also had a major leak into his garage - so 2 roofs replaced leading to 3 leaks in completely separate areas! Given that the purpose of a roof is to keep water out this work had the opposite effect. Although they came out quickly I am not at all convinced the repair is durable, with 'flashing' just stuck against uneven pebble dash rather than cemented into the wall. This cost nearly £6K and resulted in probable damage to my rendering, hours of cleaning up afterwards and anxiety that the repair is only temporary and I am left with a leak I will have to rectify. The company refuse to offer any compensation for the trouble THEY caused. I am absolutely disgusted. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I just can't believe their attitude - they have yet to offer, although prompted to do so, any written apology for causing this damage or for the inconvenience this has caused. In addition, when they say you don't need to remove items from your garage they didn't advise to cover contents - I have brick (hopefully not asbestos) dust everywhere. Minor point but seeing as though I am writing this - the workmen helped themselves to a bucket and my ladders without asking; I would have given them a different bucket for mixing cement rather than the one I use for washing my car.

The job was done efficiently but a few nails were left around, and as i have a pet i keep finding them. Witch is annoying.
