From a Bad experience to a Good one
So last year we ordered a sweater from Tekashi streetwear.it was on April 2020 when we ordered, it never came and all we got were excuses. I left a review this year which the management now contacted me right away and apologized. They mentioned how it was under a different management last year and they quickly proceeded to getting more info. They then sent me a gift card so I can re purchase my items and were super nice and answered all of my questions. I am a very satisfied customer at this point 😁

Great customer service when my order was slightly delayed.
I never received my items
I never received my items. Ordered in sept 2020, followed up 4 times with no reply. It is now March 2021 and I've moved homes. Edit: 3 times. I have screenshots of the emails with no reply. Forgot to upload Edit 2: a support admin has contacted me after posting this review. Edit 3: Amy has quickly rectified the issue that I've had within half a day. She has quickly turned around the experience I had to deal with prior to whomever was manning the support.
New management is amazing!
A while ago I ordered a product that never came, I was told it was because of covid problems (which is understandable) but months and months went by and nothing ever really happened. I emailed them again and found out they had a change of management. The new management read through the entire email chain of ours and was very apologetic and transparent about what happened and offered plenty of ways to remedy the situation. They were so helpful, friendly, and understanding and the whole process happened very quickly! I will definitely be supporting them in the future!
Never received my stuff
I originally put in my order Aug 2020, never received my stuff, told they change hand, will only give credits and I reordered in January/February, still have not receive my stuff. New Support (Amy) was really helpful, keep me up to date of the status. Turn a very bad experience to a good one. Hopefully I’ll receive my order soon.
