I was happy with my purchases, and Amy definitely helped me out with some issues I was having with a missing item. Under recent new management things are definitely improved.

I thought this was a scam site. I was wrong. After waiting 3 months for my package it finally arrived. However I only new it arrived once I emailed them. My correspondent of the other side of the email. Explained that there has been a change in management and will do their best to make sure the product got to me or if not. The full amount spent on the produced as store credit. This site is can be trusted, but the lack of communication when the product is in transit. Can be off putting.

The most recent experience I've had with the new management has been above and beyond fantastic. I had an item that got lost somewhere in transit and after contacting customer support they were able to resolve the issue immediately and made my experience very positive. Thank-you again!

Ordered two items, one for me and one for my daughter. Originally there was a small delay with the orders (these things happen), but when I contacted support, they did everything they could to rectify the situation. They immediately took ownership of the problem, ensured I had accurate tracking numbers for the items and replied promptly to any query I had or question I asked. The items were then received very promptly, and I am delighted with them. Customer care is important to me, and I have to say, it was first class. I would definitely order from them again.

The new management is great! They gave me a gift card to use for my lost order, and my new order came in within weeks.

Order never arrived. I attempt to contact through Facebook and Instagram as well as email multiple times. SCAM Update 22/02/21: Attempted to contact the new management team and I did get a response with an offer refund in form of a gift card. I had placed the new order and waiting on the product to be delivered. Will continue to update once received. I'd like to thanks the new team for prompt responses anyway.

Horrible customer service. Tried to get something returned and they were completely incompetent and unresponsive.
