Nothing short of service beyond the call of duty!! I had an issue with the operation of a dimming module I was fitting to an LED driver that Penn Elcom had supplied. The issue was nothing to do with the product that Penn supplied but Razlan went out of his way to help me resolve the issue. It's rare these days that you experience such an exemplary level of customer service. I can't recommend highly enough

They provided the CAD model of part I wanted (W8255Z) easily, which is good. It arrived in good time and for good price. However there was a error on the CAD where it showed the axle retained differently, which meant it didn't fit the parts I designed around it.

Easy ordering, fair price, and shipment and delivery when expected. Can't ask for more.
