This is the 4th custom patch panel I have ordered. The second one had lettering that wore off right away but Penn-Elcom replaced it at no charge, right away and with improved paint (no further issues). Although it states a 2-3 week wait from the Netherlands, this one came in about a week! These people are great to work with and offer, as most of you know, industry-standard products. Well-deserved!

Delivery details were not shared. Had to reach out multiples number of times before i got the details.
