The sales rep made extra efforts to work through a bump in ordering on the site. The order and setup for tax exemption were quickly processed. A few items were backordered and delivered as promised. Excellent service all around.

you still have a problem with the new web site I had trouble ordering the panel during the order process three times in the middle you lost my work so I had to redesign my work three times.

This is the item I was looking for, which is scarcely found in outlets/hardware stores in and around my area. The item was delivered within estimated delivery date.

I was able to find the items that i needed to finish my speaker project that could not get elsewhere. I usually buy from parts express but they dont have the items i use any longer and have not for some time. My only concern is the shipping, seemed a little high.
