Found with a good description of measurements etc what I wanted really easy on the website. Kept me updated via email, and a phone call to to advise my order had been dispatched. Pleased with the product I will definitely recommend and use them again.

Rubber feet arrived within a couple of days. One set (4) on my Rotel cd player. The other set replaced the perished rubber feet on my Pioneer PL-518 turntable. Awesome! Great product, but it said 2-5 business days for delivery. We didn't receive it for over 2 weeks and had to contact both the European Office and US office to have it shipped. Once acknowledged, it was handled rapidly and kindly expedited.
