While there was a bit of a delay in availability (supply chain issues) the customer service was great in identifying an alternative and the items eventually arrived well packed and appropriate for task.

Products are great, top quality, great feel to them and I've every confidence in the workmanship. I'm less impressed by their website, ordering and delivery process. Website empties your cart at alarmingly short intervals so unless you know exactly what you need and when, chances are you'll be having to go around multiple times to get what you need. Case in point #1: doors. My original cart included a rack door, but as it randomly emptied my cart, I forgot to put the door back in. Ordered one after my first delivery, but incurred a small delivery charge where my first one was free. Really annoying. Similarly, the website only deals with individual products and not complementary sets you'll need to finish a job. Case in point #2: castors. Ordered a set of 4 castors for a rack case. Castors arrived but no fixings. Only when getting in touch with customer service do I find out I need fixing plates for them. So I ordered those and they did arrive on time, but no bolts were included. They will now be sent out the next day. Again, really annoying. Case in point #3: next day delivery. The rack door was ordered with paid delivery for next working day, yet when my order arrived, the door was missing and will be arriving the following day. Bit cheeky to call it next working day and charge for it if you don't actually do it. Really annoying again. I'm going to be nearly a week behind schedule provided all the parts arrive by tomorrow, when I should have been finished this weekend. Frustrating. UPDATE 09/04/2024: Case in point #4: A shipment of what should have been bolts arrived, but they are more like retaining nuts instead, so I still can't finish the job. Aaaagh, lose a star Update 11/04/2024 After several contacts from their sales management I finally have all the parts, they were let down by DHL along the way but that's for them to sort out. It must have been a pain for them to spend so much time on what is a relatively small order for them so I appreciate that and they didn't quibble one bit which helps. We got there in the end!

Got my order and it turns out I needed some additional pieces so I thought I would call in to see if they could help. Customer rep I spoke with not helpful at all. I felt as though I was a bother. While speaking with him I got on Amazon and ordered what I needed and it was delivered the next day so I could meet a deadline.
