Great products, Penn Elcom always has what I need for my projects and always arrives in a timely manner.

I have been purchasing Penn Elcom products for several years, and I have always been very happy with the quality of their products. However, my latest purchase had clearly not gone through adequate QC checks before being sold, as it was not manufactured correctly. The Customer Service team did deal with this very quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately the replacement product they shipped had exactly the same defects, despite advising that they had physically QC'd the item before shipping it. Again, the Customer Service team were helpful, but have been unable to send out a further replacement. I shall put this down to being a one-off case, but they probably should try and address their QC issues, or I will have to consider an alternative manufacturer for future purchases.

Finding what I needed was easy and having suggestions of compatible hardware took the guess work out of what else was needed. Thanks

Penn-Elcom are extremely communicative should there be issues, offering alternatives should that help and their fulfillment of orders is very fast. Packaging used to be an issue, but it seems they are taking greater care to avoid shipping damages now.
