Good products. I'm a pro user who had questions on a certain line, was referred to and received an email from an internal "specialist" for the items I was purchasing, but he did not respond to my questions about adhesive type. DIY's with little experience needing product coaching really should reach out to one of the road case suppliers that caters to you. Tough to figure out shipping as well, as you never know which items will trigger freight only, which they could fix easily by simply noting so on those products. Tried to have sales manager help, but he was not terribly concerned about figuring it out. Told me to email him a hand written list of all part numbers before he would do anything, as he, the sales manager, had no access to view the shopping cart. Almost lost the sale, but I played with items in the cart until I found the problem product. For past purchases, they'd roll up the ABS sheets for UPS, but that is the item triggering the mandatory pallet = shipping rate meets or exceeds value of the products. Crazy how hard I had to fight to buy what I needed. Expect indifference, and know what you're buying and exactly how to use it, or you'll quickly be frustrated. Otherwise, best prices on some good products.
