Ik heb zes samples gekocht en die werden snel verzonden. Helaas bleek, toen ik een paar dagen de samples wilde ophalen, dat ze niet (meer) aanwezig waren bij het afhaalpunt. Na contact met het pakketbedrijf (GLS) en petitparfums, heeft petitparfums een nieuwe set van samples verstuurd. En die kwamen snel en netjes bij mij thuis aan.

De bestelling wordt snel toegezonden. De samples zien er verzorgd uit. Zelfs een travelcase gratis er bij gekregen. Zo leuk. Heel prettig om op deze manier te ervaren of een parfum wel of niet voor jou geschikt is.

Delivery was very quick, the perfume is really nice. They even gave me a sample of the perfume (to try it in case I want to return it I guess?).

Ordered 10ml decants of Layton and YSL Babycat. Legit site with super customer service and surprisingly fast delivery. They also offer good quality travel sprays. Will keep buying decants from Petit Parfums in the future.

The best online perfumerie with wonderful service! They are ALWAYS giving samples while buying... As a permament client I'm proud I found such a great company. Reference 7732: GLS lost the package 3 weeks ago and Petit Parfum is still not returning me my money!!!!!!!! They are ignoring me. I probably have to go to a solicitor!!!! Please stay away from this company as they sit on your money and expect you to do the investigation for them. It is the worst customer service I have seen in my life!
