I placed an order a week ago, but there is still no news and you don't even answer the email

The people behind PetitParfums are very kind and attentive. My package with 18 samples took 58 days in total to arrive (since payment), but that's due to GLS constantly sending the package back to them, and then figuring out they didn't ship to my location, so then it was sent with PostNL, and it was delivered within 20 days (customs held it). This however is barely this company's problem, but the shippers. Nonetheless, it did affect my experience. I also did not receive the free travel spray I was promised in an email, but they did add 2 free Hemcael samples which was nice. The samples were nicely packed, each with its individual little branded box. The decants are glass and are very nice and cute, the label stickers on each one don't look like they'll come off easily. They replied to one of my emails in around 2 minutes which was very pleasant! I would order from PetitParfums again, but making sure they don't ship it with GLS lmao. Overall satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend them if you're in Europe.

Fijne webshop. Authentieke geuren en mooie prijzen. Groot assortiment met veel niche geuren die normaliter moeilijk te verkrijgen zijn. Ik koop hier altijd in eerste instantie mijn geuren, zodat ik de parfums eerst goed uit kan testen, voordat ik de grote fles aanschaf. Ze houden je goed op de hoogte over de status van je bestellingen en communiceren duidelijk en snel. Heel erg blij met deze webshop.

Very happy with my first (hopefully not last) purchase. The samples came to the Czech Republic via GLS within a week. The packaging was perfect.

Onlangs heb ik voor het eerst een 10 ml geur besteld via Petitparfums en ik ben erg tevreden! Leuk aanbod, snelle communicatie en verzending en als kers op de taart ontvingen we de geur in een mooie reisverpakking. Het is altijd erg fijn als je een webwinkel nog niet kent en je op deze manier blij verrast wordt. Wij komen terug.
