Lovely fresh produce delivered exactly as promised

Absolutely excellent. I really like that I can change the orders / add holidays where I don’t receive milk all online so I don’t have to speak to anyone

We had to reduce our original order but no quibble friendly female was happy to arrange that so we added in some fresh orange juice to try and it is lovely

Signed up for what was described as a free trial, but cancelled 5 days before first order. They still delivered the milk and are now chasing me for the money and threatening me with 'further action'. Cannot reply to their texts and no email option.

Hello, I really didn't like the inability to pay for the service online. I really did not like the fact that it is impossible to cancel the service online I really didn't like the fact that when I called your company to cancel the service, they tried to find out my personal banking information, namely my CVV code. This is unacceptable

Having used this service for some time we decided to cancel. This was made very difficult by the operative trying to badger me into not canceling. After listening to her go on, I tried to interject and assert that we would still be canceling. I was accused of talking over her which was disrespectful. I understand her needing to explain the benefits of the product but badgering the customer is unprofessional. Update. The company have reached out and reviewed this situation, admitting the agent was at fault. so I feel justified and am happy with the result. Thanks Tiffany.
