In the last 10 weeks I've only had one problem which was dealt with in a friendly but professional manner. Whenever I've received a telephone call the person I've spoken has always been polite.

Great delivery time always on time it's so much easier for me as a single mum to not worry but running out off milk the kids love the taste off the milk aswell 😀

Milk is delivered on time, however, their admin/billing is atrocious. I have yet to receive a bill, despite chasing numerous times, now it's proving difficult to cancel. Shame because I'd love to support local farmers but honestly, they need to sort their backend admin if they want customers to stay.

Gorgeous tasting milk, takes me back to when I was little. Little bit confusing on the website and find it easier to message thru Facebook messenger. And glass bottles haven't been collected

Milk is nice enough, probably a bit better than quality supermarket milk, but expensive, and Im afraid not up there with the premium end of the specialty milk market. I’d hoped for cream on the top, but it’s been very well homogenised. Local comment mirrors this and it seems it may not have much longevity although I can’t tell yet. My wife ordered oat milk and was horrified when I told her how much it cost. They make it as hard as possible to contact except by phone btw. Fortunately, I didn’t set up a DD.
