Excellent service at Martin Place. The options were clearly explained, and single vision prescription glasses were supplied within about 15 minutes. The frames fit well and the lenses are as per prescription.

The website didn't work well to order the kit, and my email took a while to be responded to. However, once the trial kit was ordered, it arrived very quickly and I'm very impressed with the product itself. Thank you.

Very quick and efficient service.

I ordered the “try-on glasses” to work out what size I needed. They came in good time and I sent them back as per the instructions. I am now trying to order 2 pairs of glasses but having problems on the Dresden website uploading my prescription. Despite many messages through their website, twitter and FB messenger, they have not replied. There is no phone number to call them. Help!

Terrible, have tried to contact you three times ...need insurance invoice ...over a week no answer

I love the glasses and the prompt service. The only reason for the 4/5 is the postage. I was charged $15 for postage and was not sent them express post (which would ha e cost less than $15).

Order process was easy, glasses arrived in a reasonable time and in good condition. They feel much stronger, and better quality than the pairs previously brought from the optometrist.

I came into Newmarket 2 weeks back but the girl there didn’t look interested in serving me. I came back yesterday and the girl working there (Anna I think her name was) gave me exceptional customer service. Showed me how to change the lenses and everything. Quick turn around. Good strong frames just the thing for workshop glasses. Only 3 stars as ordering on line could not select the standard lens option.
