Enthusiastic sales and supoort team from people that clearly beliefe in the products Dresden offers. I found these reading glasses by chance strolling one day in Melbourne and love them. When the arm was damaged I opted to order a new pair online. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival. If there was one element of the transaction to be improved, I would suggest that the website get a makeover and that evaluation is made to yield a simpler and more user friendly ordering process.
