In store service was excellent. Unfortunately sunglasses got scratched soon after buying them which was disappointing.

Dresden was very easy to deal with. Easily got an eye test and the first pair were ready within a couple of hours. Very simple.

Great glasses and excellent service at a really good price

Absolutely amazing service. Passed by the Newtown shop on Thursday with the advertising stating immediate filling of a standard prescription; I tracked down my prescription from a well known group and visited Dresden Saturday. The female assistant was so nice, and in less than an hour or so I returned and the new glasses were ready. Perfect. I don't usually bother with reviews if service is less than perfect - Dresden was perfect. Thank you.
