Fantastic , so efficient and the clarity of of the prescription perfect . The choice lies in the countless colours rather than frames . The frame choice is really only one of size but it seems to be a style that suits everyone . Dresden is sure to be an industry disruptor , long onverdue ! I couldn’t believe I only paid $75 and got my specs done while I had a coffee. They are made in Australia too❤️

My difficulty in understanding my opsm prescription was explained to me online. My prescription was saved by Dresden so ordering was even easier. I live in Western Australia so have no local Dresden outlet, but my next trip to the east will include a visit to Dresden for a pair of muti focal glasses. My grandson who requires single lens distance glasses tried my frames for fit and ordered same width with shorter arms. Ideal for kids at school who can be tough on glasses, fortunately replacement is easy and not too expensive.

I had a good experience at Dresden Optics both from the optometrist and the staff who assisted with choosing frames and explaining options. I am also happy with the product I received. I attended at the MLC in Martin Place. Previously I went to the Darling Harbour store and was also very happy with the service. I have given a 5 star rating for my experience but I later took a friend to the Rozelle store and I thought the service was very poor from the sales staff. I was disappointed and embarrassed. The staff member did not appear to have enough knowledge or expertise to adequately look after my friend.

Good idea but the lenses do not enable computer screen use for which they were intended - good for reading

the appointment was the time stated, no waiting. very thorough exam by Sue and all questions covered. Choosing the glasses was fun and the girls very helpful

Such a great concept. My whole family has a pair (or two). They fit well, suit our different face shapes, the colours are amazing, and price is unbelievable. I'm recommending them to all my family and friends.
