I love my Dresdens. I live in Adelaide, and buying online with my prescription was easy, and the glasses arrived when expected. I love the colourful frames and especially the fact that they are made from recycled materials. I look forward to having an outlet in Adelaide, so that I can also get my multi focals through Dresden also.

My expectations of getting cheaper glasses was not met but at no fault of Dresden. My script could not be charged at a great Dresden price.

I was recommended by a friend and the shop experience was very good. Delightful staff, relaxed service and a pleasant retail experience. I was advised it would 10 to 12 working days, which I was okay with. This was on 10th December and I questioned if the holiday season would affect this and was advised probably not and if it did it would only be a few days. The delay turned out to be 4 weeks in total and two follow up calls were quite non-commital about a delivery date. This soured the overall experience that was otherwise very good.

Love the idea, people are friendly and helpful, astonishingly cheap, but most of all I like the glasses. Best fit ever (since I could mix sizes), look great, and as light as a feather. Well done!
