My glasses were 100% covered by my insurance provider with no gap. Unlike other companies, I didn't have to pay for extras such as anti-glare, which should just be standard.

After an initially poor experience I was contacted by the Dresden team to see how the situation could be remedied. They did everything they could and ended up sending me a brand new pair of glasses and resolved my concerns. Great customer service!

I love the KISS method given to this business model. 1. one style, choose a size 2. choose a colour of frame and arms 3. built normally on the spot, or within a day or so. The lens and frames are of good quality. I haven't broken them yet, which is surprising for me.
