I called around and compared services and decided these guys were best value. Even more so because of how fast and professional Roman and Alexander were, despite my atrocious stairs. Very friendly to work with!

Before the move I was really appreciative of the great communication with Let’s Get Moving. They even went out of their way to find a solution for me after I had to change my dates. On moving day our movers - Koroush, Roman and Sebastian - were amazing. They were so efficient, friendly and professional. It was a long day and they worked so hard. We’re so appreciative for them and all their hard work. It made the move so much easier. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future moves.

Our true experience with this moving company was horrible. Our move was on 28th of June. We had total of 50 boxes and 1 bed, 1 upright hybrid piano, 1 gym equipment and a crib. Despite the small load, it took them 10 hours to complete the move. Because we had a piano, we asked for a piano specialist. But despite them calling themselves as “piano specialists”, they broke the piano’s pedal and did insane amount of damage to our old and new place. Even the movers recognized all the damages and took photos of themselves but the costumer service that took place after was a nightmare. After the move, we were invoiced total of $2,677.09! $175 for the piano, $50 for gym equipment $2246.75 for 10h 45min of labour and $77.86 for processing fee. Despite the small load I believe this is unacceptable price. I also got myself and estimate to fix the damages for both places and it came out to be $22,954.05 due to hardwood floor damage/replacement! Even without including the hardwood floor replacement, the cost was well over $1000. We quickly contacted the customer service including photos and the invoice that we got charged. The reply we got back was that they can cover maximum of $400! We were enraged. We emailed them many times expressing the amount that they are willing to pay is almost insulting. But they only wanted to have a call with me to “discuss” further action. Our home insurance company told us to leave a paper trail to leave profs and calling them would do no good. After going back and forth with this terrible moving company, we decided to take action and leave our true experience on every review sites. Please do not use this terrible company’s service. We thought we were paying the premium to get a superb service but it’s just not. Expensive, terrible service, terrible costumer service, slow movers, terrible attitude and they definitely do not have piano specialists there!

I’d like to share my moving experience with anyone who wants to have moving service with 0 percent headaches. Let’s Get Moving company is a great company that have heroes: Roman, Alexander, Giacomo and Roberto. These teammates are professionals, responsible, polite and take care client’s items as your own. I am personally impressed the job they’ve done for us.
