Everyone I've spoken to from the company on the phone has been very professional and friendly. The movers who moved us out were timely. The movers who moved us in were slow at unloading the truck and could have been more careful. A piece of our bed was lost in storage and required multiple phone calls and a visit to their head office to locate it.

This was my first time using this company and I had a great overall experience with Let’s Get Moving. When I first called to book my move, I spoke with Jeff who was awesome as he took the time to go over the details of the move and went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get the time slot we requested due to the parameters of our move from one condo unit to another. The movers - Ehsan, Yassine, and Ivan were terrific. They were careful with handling our items and were a pleasure working with as our move took almost the entire day. I can’t say enough about how happy I was with the service provided by Let’s Get Moving and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
