£110 for the course may seem the most part of the course. But paying such amount for a course which is located in the oldest building in forest gate, no facilities which provide water or refreshments, the teacher named Kelvin is just there for fun and to collect his money, even in some ways bribing people into buying different resources in order to pass the course exams. Furthermore, being as the days are long and tiring, the least the company could do is provide comfortable seating. The chairs are something of which would come from grannies basement, which further made me just realise why I even dealt with such a service. The two stars only come from the fact that atleast majority of people pass.

I had a quality Tutorial. The class was practically impactive. The teacher taught with clarity and from years of experience. I passed my test at first attempt

A very intense training that test you maximum endurance. Enjoyed every bit of my experience because of the sound trainers in place. Did door supervision with Kelvin, a highly enthusiastic and thorough trainer and CCTV with Roy, a trainer that puts you through the tunnel and ensures you come out the other end with the skills you need to excel. I recommend 1ACE to all.

They say have many locations but everyone that booked on my course was diverted to FOREST GATE which was bad Tutor was good thou needed to be more forceful with students as some boys was there spend more time out classes than in and chatting wasn’t fair THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS CERTIFICATION WAS PROMISED BY CERTAIN DAY AND CHASED IT TO BLAMED ONTHE EXAMS BOARD BUT WHEN CALLED THEM TOLD THEY AINTES CONFIRMED ALL PARTS BEEN DONE ON COURSE IF NOT BOTHERED TO CALL OR CHASE WE BEEN STILL WAITING NEXT WEEK

They were through in their training and did their best to help everybody. Personally I would recommend them to anyone as they had a professional approach in all relevant matters.

Vincent the trainer was fantastic, a great guy that made the course more interesting and bearable. A lot of material to study but the exams are relatively easy and the Physical Intervention is easy too. But the building itself I can't imagine is very health & safety compliant when there's caution tape over the light switch, 24 people in a tiny classroom not including the instructor, and poor amenities (water cooler with no water, toilets dirty and little to no toilet paper).

Great staffs and the instructor Vincent is so good with the course.
