Teachers are very good I am satisfied

Course is hard not one for those that want the easy badge our tutor Roy is strict, funny and doesnt care if you're male or female he treated us all equally has so much experience loved his teaching style so much am signing up for his cctv course

My instructor was Roy Duthie, he is a top man personally and great as an instructor. Always providing information and ensuring learners. Hes Been in the game for 20years and it clearly shows, wished it could of had been longer, genuinely enjoyed my time learning from Roy, I recommend everyone to learn from him, top banter and knows the limits within learning environment. I wish all the best for Roy in the future :))

1 Ace Security was recommended by a friend; I wasn't disappointed, and you wouldn't be. Their training would equip you for the real life experience working as a DS/ CCTV operator. Very experienced, and knowledgeable tutors Zia & Kelvin. Their course fees are reasonably priced too. It's quite an intensive course nowadays; one has to put in the effort to pass. 1 Ace Security has good pass rate. I wish I could give 6 stars instead of the allowed 5 stars. NH

I am giving them two stars for poor customer service. My certificate arrived in a flimsy post bag even though they changed me a fiver for postage. My certificate arrived squashed in the post, I got in touch with them and I was advised to return the certificate by recorded delivery which I did in February. After waiting for over a week, I called them but they told me they did not receive my certificate. Since i posted it by recorded delivery, I was able to tell them who signed for the post but I am still waiting for a replacement certificate. I have spoken to their receptionist (who has been very unhelpful) two weeks ago but she was telling me you don’t need a certificate to apply for the sia License? I told her I know that but I want a hard copy which I paid for and the postage. I give kudos to Roy the trainer for being very helpful during my training but I am really disappointed with the customer service I received. Things do go wrong sometimes and when they do you guys need to step up. I spoke to someone else about my problems but it seems no one is following it through to make sure that it gets resolved. I want my certificate please?

Excellent interactive training. The trainer, Roy, also gives a good insight of what security work is going to be like.
