Booked & attended my DS up-skill training last year. I have been informed Via text and phone call I have passed the test but never got in written no response to emails or phone calls which is very unprofessional behaviour. Absolutely waste of money and time. So my advise before you invest your money and time think about it. Thank you Zack for your reply can feel it you don’t like my review, however my concerns are still outstanding & it’s not about collecting some worth less paper from your office because I am still getting following message from SIA. ''We cannot accept your qualification for this Door Supervision licence because we have no record of your Up-Skilling for Door Supervisors qualification or the current Level 2 Award in Door Supervision qualification. Please contact your training provider''

What an experience!! I made a mistake with booking originally, I called up and the team was very helpful and helped me to re arrange for a date that is more convenient, the course was amazing, I’ve been working in retail for over 12 years and highly believed I knew what I was talking about in regards to Security, Kelvin the instructor explained policies and procedures that I was totally oblivious too. A massive eye opener and a brilliant experience.

Mr Kelvin the teacher was excellent. The practical training too was excellent, the business owner took us in that. Generally speaking , the delivery was great!

Learning how to be a door supervisor was an amazing experience and working with Roy really helped me to get an understanding of what it means be apart of security, I would definitely recommend 1 Ace Security to anyone who wants to train to be a door supervisor.

Hussain Abdullahi, I had a good experience did my my sia licence course last week and finished on sunday. Very professional company. Good people , kelvin and mr zia were my trainers the whole group thoroughly enjoyed the course and i had learnt alot. I came to know a lot of things about security industry which i did not know before

i booked online for the door supervision course and i swear they just stole my money they haven't even contacted me on details of the course or the fact that they received my payment. i even tried to ask for a refund but they keep saying only the director can give you a refund so email him. And guess what your emails WILL get ignored. money is gone, no training is provided.

I Completely Reccomend 1 Ace Training Centre To Do Your SIA Security Courses,They Are Very Knowledgable,Clear And Professional! They Are Quite Strict But Very Fair,I Guess You Have To Be When Dealing With Peoples Safety! Our Teacher Was Kelvin,He Is Fantastic!
