I found the 3 days training packed full of real life events. CCTV reveals a lot to help with safeguarding the public, which is why this training is important in my line of work. Roy was a very engaging trainer and covered a range of topics including practical exercise for operating the CCTV itself, which appealed to everyone. I think the training will be useful in healthcare settings especially now that we have the General Data Protection Regulation in place. BA
