I''m so impressed with the quality of Imparfaite service and, of course, with the items that are put up for "adoption". It is such a relief to let an algorith with my specifications do the work of scouring sites to find the piece that I'm looking for! And, the exact jeans that I was looking for came up! They're a lovely pair of 90s Levis -- perfect! Thank you!!!

Love the clothes though

I love love love the website (which is save and legit btw, nice customer service too) + the concept and the clothes. But pretty please I am begging you guys to optimize your website!! The website is a bit difficult to navigate in and there's some innocent bugs here and there. But other than this love it!

I have ordered from Imparfaite numerous… I have ordered from Imperfect numerous times and I've always been extremely satisfied with my purchases. Having such a large number of vintage sellers, with different styles and price ranges, in one place is incredible - I spend way too many nights scrolling through the items. :) When I needed assistance (I wanted to purchase the belt that was pictured together with a coat I ordered) Florence (Imparfaite customer service) was amazing - quickly making contacting with the seller and negotiating a price for me. The seller, Elenka, was also great with the item she sent being beautifully wrapped - she even included a gift. Most sellers are good, but some - like Elenka - are great! I cannot rate Imparfaite highly enough. :)

Good quality coat

I am super happy with the coat I ordered, it looks exactly like the pictures and doesn’t have any blemishes. Imparfaite has a wonderful selection of vintage pieces. The reason I put 4 stars is firstly I wasn’t reminded I’d have to pay customs charges for shipping it to England. Secondly the English version of the website isn’t consistent, not all things get translated and it easily switches back to french when you click on certain things. Thirdly Imparfaite used the company “Parcelforce Worldwide” to deliver my parcel once in England. My parcel came 8 days late and the Parcelforce depot where my package was shipped to has a rating of 1,7 stars on Google maps. I got truly worried reading the reviews of that depot. Please never use Parcelforce again!
