i received a generous gift certificate to Imparfaite as a lovely birthday surprise from a favorite relative. I spent hours finding 3 items that I would wear as a group and was excited about my fun package on the way from Paris! I was really glad to know I could even have all my items packaged together and get one box!! But after my purchase was complete, the next day I received 'sad news' about the main item, a dress. Turns out it was sold. But it wasn't sold when I bought and paid for it and was given a receipt. I've since received the other 2 items, in great shape from responsible sellers. But this site is not properly run if a seller can retract a purchased piece after a sale is complete. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. And ruined what should have been a fun birthday experience in the middle of a terrifying and tragic pandemic year. Shame on you Imparfaite.
