Bad customer service and liars.

I and my friend booked to go paintballing through this company. Awful customer service. Do not respond to emails or calls. If you book you might as well forget about your money. Oh and do not believe their replies to reviews on this website. They replied to my friend's review saying the situation was resolved but he still hasn't heard from them.

Shoddy customer service-not only are…

Shoddy customer service-not only are the booking people rude they absolutely have no idea how to handle bookings. They are either asleep or hungover when you call them. Regarding the below nonchalant reply from bedlam-I can explain the situation to them if they would have the courtesy to find out rather than being ‘at a loss’, which they might soon be if they continue operating like that.

Very poor customer service

I am really disappointed with this company. All customer service goes out the window after you have paid for your booking. Now won't return my calls or answer my emails. Fed up and it seems like I have simply lost money. Stay away from this company. EDIT: despite the company's response below, they are yet to email me and yet to amend my booking. Dishonest as well as incompetent.

A very unhappy customer

I want to start by saying I’m not one to complain but I had to speak up about the service I received today. Absolutely appalling service and they didn’t even accommodate us! I will never be booking with this company again and I have warned others not to go with beldham either. Drove up to haigh lane site today for a birthday outing, my fellow players and I were super excited about going paintballing for the first time. Arranged everything last week online for 6 players. I made the booking online and was not able to book a time slot and an automatic booking time was given for 9am. I contacted one of the staff members at beldham, Chris Rock, and spoke to head office in Edinburgh to advise them I would like my booking time changed which they did to 12.30pm.An invoice was sent to me via email and they even confirmed over the phone the site and time a few days before! I believed everything was sorted and is was going to be a very enjoyable experience but no I was very wrong. 1. I want everyone to be aware if you contact the emergency line which starts with 0845 you will be charged by your network and by the company. Very annoying because if you have booked to go on the weekend you can’t contact head office in Edinburgh, they work weekdays I believe?? ...you have to call the emergency contact number and you will be charged and it isn’t cheap! The conditions of the charges are mentioned in the invoice. We tried to contact the emergency number today along with all the other numbers you emailed me but I didn’t manage to get through to any of you today. Very disappointing.. surely an emergency number it supposed to be contactable. I understand it’s the weekend but why provide a service on the weekend when we can’t even reach you. I can provide proof of trying to contact you if need be. I managed to contact you during the week.. so what happened you today? 2. As I mentioned above we drove all the way there, 13 miles from home, paid for Petrol expecting to have one hell of a game. We got there and guess what we were turned away. The staff member there advised our booking was for 9am and that we missed our chance of playing. I showed him the booking YOU emailed me with the booking for 12.30pm. He seem surprised because he was told by head office that we made the booking for 9am. That is not a mistake on my part but yours. I contacted you multiple times to ensure we had the right booking time, you sent me an email and you even called me to make sure. He said we weren’t allowed to play when we came because we he was all packed up and ready to go and there was absolutely no chance we could play today. When head office called me on Friday they gave me the option to move my booking from Sunday to Saturday so that we could play with other groups and mentioned that we would be the only group playing on Sunday. I declined and stuck to my booking time, we confirmed this over the phone. The fact that I was charged to contact you to make sure that I had the right booking time, the correct site on multiple occasions and then turn up on time to the place and then be turned away because YOU made a mistake with the booking is unacceptable. I was told I couldn’t use a groupon voucher because times are hard with the unfortunate pandemic going on and that people needed to be paid and stay in work and that was completely understandable. We paid full price including booking fee with our hard earned money and I expect a FULL refund include booking fee. You mentioned your facing financial difficulties and so are we during this time so I don’t expect any deductions from the amount we paid. You did not liaise and coordinate with your staff members on this site, you both had different booking times and so why am I paying for a booking fee when you got it wrong? I’ve emailed you with my complaint. I expect an email as soon as possible along with my FULL refund. Thank you
