Straight forward, great communication I have recently purchaeed a property and used Direction Law, very reasonable price and Sunaina from the Birmingham branch is brilliant, answered every question i asked, within a day, was always kept up to date with what process they was at. I was initially a bit hesitant to go with the recommended solicitor from my housing association, especially when they gave me such a low quote for the work, but they wowed me all the way! It was never a delay on their end, and they responded to all my emails within the day or 24 hours max. Amina Ahmed is a wonderful conveyancer and was not only polite on meeting, really kept me calm and well-informed throughout, calling me first thing at 9am to give me updates when we were awaiting exchange. From my offer being accepted to completion took 8 weeks which could not have been managed without efficient conveyancers!
