Good value - helpful service. They gave the best value offer and I was looking to save money. They were thorough and helpful when needed, talking me through any issues. Could have been a little more communicative at times and not as fast as I would have liked, but that was mostly the fault of Help to Buy. I think the sale would have been a little faster if I had gone elsewhere, but that would have cost more. Overall, it went smoothly enough and good value. Would use again.

I found my experience with Direction Law to be okay, The compliance side I found to be very intrusive, I understand they have to do their job but it got to the stage that I had phone the compliance manager to complain. I also felt that the information is given but not fully explained properly, expecting me to understand everything when in fact this was all new to me. Every single time I called to speak to the team it always went to voicemail. Having said that Hannah was very quick to respond to my queries and she was very good but my experience with Direction Law was just okay.

Though Direction Law were very thorough- I found communications very weak. Email replies were very good. However, buying a house for the first time, I'd appreciate some phone calls over the 8 months.
