Communication is really poor. Started well with lots of information about the process and who would handle our case. We were move to a different office and therefore different case handler/solicitor but were not told. In fact we were only told after sending a 3rd email in 7 days due to no communication what so ever for the past 6 weeks Whenever, we sent an email for an update, it took at least 2 emails to get an update. The most consistent communication we have received is from the point of you wanting feedback. This is my 3rd reminder to do the feedback

Quote received and this was the price we paid at the end. Unfortunately as the client I had to do a lot of the chasing for documentation and clarification on points. This was stressful and frustrating.
