Despite what you hear about solicitors, Direction Law surpassed my expectations. I was kept informed for most of the process and for the first half I recieved text messages to keep me informed. Ran into a slight issue when a document was lost and thus delayed my completion date but the whole process was a lot quicker than I had expected.

Had a really positive experience with Direction Law. Myself and my boyfriend were first time buyers. Buying a house can be very daunting, confusing and a bit stressful. Direction Law were excellent throughout the whole process. They were very attentive and ensured we completed by our date. Everyone we dealt with were really friendly, helpful and always had time to help us. Highly recommend, especially for a new build!

The only thing I would advise as feedback is slightly better communication, especially when people are off/on holiday as to who to contact to get answers. Apart from that was fine and the process was quick

I must say as a first time buyer, I was nervous reading the reviews online. I need not have worried at all! Direction Law (Canterbury Office) have been supportive and communicative throughout the whole process and made what should have been a very stressful process seamless. They have answered all my questions promptly and ensured I completed on time. I’m grateful for the support I received from each team/individual I worked with (especially Stephen, who answered all 3 pages of questions I sent across to him…) Many thanks to the whole Canterbury team! I would highly recommend them.
