There was a problem with my order but this was resolved immediately and the agent was pleasant and helpful

I have IBS, and i was very pleased with the service - having ones gut microbiome tested is well worth it, and so prompt , and then very specific recommendations based on ones individual gut biome! there are so many things out there , often confusing and conflciting advice. There are substantial scientific references backing up the recommendations, and the nest kit is analysed at Cambridge UNiversity. I have not taken any products yet, and will do a seperate review on their efficacy>
