I’ve been taking the kefir daily for about 2-3 months now and I’m so happy! I’ve always suffered with eczema and mild asthma but when I moved into my new house, my asthma got really bad. I was prescribed a daily inhaler and even with this, I was suffering with constant flares. My mum recommended I try this kefir and it has made such a difference. I don’t need my daily inhaler anymore and even better, I haven’t had to use my rescue inhaler in weeks! My eczema is better too. It feels frustrating to have relied on steroid based medications for so long when there was such a simple and more effective alternative. This should be recommended by the NHS.

I have a subscription for regular delivery of kefir and prebiotic, I am delighted with the service that Chuckling Goat provide. The subscription is easy to change if I need to delay an order, and the delivery is prompt. The products are excellent, my gut health is much improved.
