I recommend this product to many of my clients, who have all stated what a difference it has made. I order for myself every couple of months, and I've noticed similar improvements. For me it was to help curb sugar cravings and to help reduce anxiety, which it has done very well. It's a little on the pricey side, but I feel it's well worth the investment, as no other probiotic I've trialed has had such profound results. The quality is exceptional and a little goes a long way.
