Great tasting kefir. Nothing like the stuff they are trying to pass off as kefir in the supermarkets. Delivery was prompt also. The only downside is the expense but I still wouldn’t take stars off for that because it is a quality product. Gut health is so important, so buy this and see the results. It can be life changing!!

So I jumper straight in an bought a subscription and regretted it as soon as ai tasted the first mouthful lol! BUT BEAR WITH IT!! By day three I was drinking the full 170ml without flinching. The 4th bottle was a little lumpy at times and I did struggle with that first thing in the morning. But otherwise it was fine. I already take a prebiotic tablet so didn't notice any difference health wise
