Firstly, the products are LOVELY and I'm now a bit obsessed: I bought the skin lotion and it is perfect for me and my family's rash-prone, dry skin without being at all heavy or greasy. Also the soaps are beautiful, really foamy and scented. So good, I also bought more as Christmas presents. Secondly, their customer service was way better than that of most companies on the two occasions I had to get in touch. First time, I had added two products instead of one to my basket by accident. I expected the standard wait two or three days, get told there was nothing they could do about it - but I got an answer on the same day, and an instant refund for the product I had ordered by accident. Just before Christmas!! During the rush!! No arguments!!! Amazing stuff. The second time I had to contact them, this time by live chat instead of by email, was because the courier had left the parcel on the wrong doorstep - it wasn't even on our street. We went to see if we could find it but we couldn't. Again, no arguments: they instantly sent out a replacement order which arrived really promptly. So: please be nice to this customer service team because they deserve it. Very impressed!

I was introduced to this 'Chuckling Goat' product by my son's partner, to help with serious itchiness on my legs. It was so bad that scratching made my legs bleed. The itchiness calmed down following the first application of the Break-Out Kefir Lotion. I apply the lotion every day and the itchiness is no longer a problem. I don't know how it works, but I am so glad it does.

It's very easy to be specific with delivery dates. If you run out of kefir, no problem, bring the next order date forward. If you have a bottle still to go, push the date back.
