I ordered the kefir knowing that I was going into hospital for a big operation and would be taking a lot of antibiotics. I received the Kefir quickly and started taking the kefir straight away. It has a very unique taste and I was amazed how ‘alive’ it was. I think I’m now hooked on it and will be ordering some more very soon. It’s not cheap but it’s very good. I treat it (kefir milk) as medication but at the same time it makes a great smoothie! The proof will be in a 3 months when I retest my gut biome - I was virtually flatlining on that front after a long course of heavy antibiotics. Chuckling Goat - I have faith in you!
