When I received my order, the most of it was missing. The package contained 1 of 10 ordered bottles of vitamins. I had payed for it all, an I didn’t get my money back even though I send pictures of the packages. Swanson deceive their costumer and don’t respond to complaints. Be aware that you might not get what you pay for.

I have had only good experience with Swanson Europe products and the delivery has been quick and correct.

I did not receive an order confirmation which is nowadays a normal procedure when you order sth onine. I payed via PayPal (which is common as ell), the bill was paid correctly and I wrote a mil to Swanson asking for an order confirmation. It has been answered so far. Instead I am asked for my opinion ... strange"

In general very high prices but the selection is reasonable. The costs of shipping are ridiculous, scandalous. There is even no longer an option for delivery in 7-10 days. The customer who is will ing to wait a little longer is forced to pay 12,50 euros for shipping!!! Even with orders above 50, 60, 70 and even 90 euros, shipping MUST be paid. Get real.This is no longer the norm. See Body & Fit (NL) for example. >50euro = free shipping. Beside, the prices and 2x those in the USA. With small shipments (without import duties) , it is cheaper to have them sent from the USA!!! Shameful.

Many products to choose from. Although not all of their products that are available via Swanson USA. Good prices. The shipments are quick.
