Ich habe die bestellte Ware nicht erhalten und habe daher einen zweiten Order aufgegeben, da ich die Produkte benötigte. Diese zweite Sendung kam nach ein paar Tagen ordnungsgemäß an, aber die erste Bestellung ist bis heute nicht da und lt. Sendungsverfolgung bei GPS in Dänemark gelandet. Mit ist allerdings die Rechnung über meine Mastercard belastet worden. Nachdem zu Beginn meine mails bearbeitet wurden, kam danach keine Antwort mehr. Ich finde dieses Verhalten gegenüber einem Stammkunden be- schämend.

I am a consultant natural health…

I am a consultant natural health therapist of 33 years experience and only recommend Swansons products to my clients due to their high quality. But yesterday I discovered that there was a european division and was delighted at the prospect of not having to order through Health Monthly UK due to the extra cost of shipping. Initially, I decided to research products for a current client and typed in the products concerned in the search box, each time, to be told my request didn't match the search. This was for products as simple as Celery Seed capsules which are available in abundance through Swansons USA or Health Monthly UK. Even something as simple as Vitamin C tablets, showed only one product which was Vitamin C powder. For heaven sake! As a result I then tried to contact an advisor on the 'chat-box' by asking about specific products and their availability. I sent the message off and then waited and waited. In the end I had to type in "Is anybody there?" and STILL no one responded. The following morning, I tried again. It was 10.30am and yet no one responded to my message in the chat box!! By this time, I was starting to form a very poor opinion of Swansons Europe and decided to read the reviews. It wasn't at all surprising to read that it is in fact, a pretty shoddy service to say the least. As a result of this, I decided to write a formal complaint both to Swansons Europe head office and the Administration of Swansons USA as this sort of thing reflects badly on what is otherwise an excellent company. I have been ordering Swansons products for a long time for both myself and always recommending them to my clients, but frankly, unless this division pulls its socks up and creates better customer care and a better website that actually works properly, it won't be happening.

The worst shopping experience I've had

The worst shopping experience I've had. First I try to pay online. After writing my credit card numbers the web page said that payment was rejected so I have to try again to pay. It worked the second time. Next day I find out that money was deducted twice from my account. So I contact Customer service. When I got response they wrote: "Yes, we have received your payment twice. And we have already refunded the second payment. " So I wait to see the refund on my account but I've never received it. Then the courier arrives with two separate identical packages. On the waybill it says that one was sent on the 5th of nov 18, second on the 9th of nov. It was on the 6th og november that they told me that money was refunded! Which was a lie. These products aren't cheap!! And they took money twice for international shipment!! That was unacceptable. The return international shipment would cost me half of the worth of my order so I gave up on returning the product to avoid bearing more costs.

Thieves and deceivers!

I waited for goods ordered a month but did not receive it. I wrote a message to the e-mail. I got an answer to give them three days to find out everything. Two months have passed since the order, and I have not received the goods. I'm not responsible for posts more. Thieves and deceivers. It's a pity that the amount is too small to sue ... By the way, they have insolence to write "order status - LOST"!

Pretty bad experience so far!

Pretty bad experience so far! Placed an order 14/3 and received a mail 1 day later saying my package was sent and received a T&T number. Now almost 1 week later i still can't see that my package has left the warehouse. I have tried to make contact to Swanson by mail but no reply. Pretty worried so far, and not a good experience! Won't buy again, thats for sure.....

Swanson use cheap Chinese ingredients …

Swanson use cheap Chinese ingredients in most of their supplements and the 'natural' plants in China are grown using many EU banned substances. There is also the issue with heavy metals presence (lead, mercury etc.) in over 70% of agricultural land in China so this simply cannot be avoided in anything grown in that earth. Avoid ANY supplements (and food items) produced using Chinese grown ingredients and/or processed in China (another horror story).
