Straight up stole my money, no response and help from customer service. I paid straight from my bank account as I was happy to see that as an option. Hahah how dumb was I for that. (Always always always use a credit card or Paypal.) The site got completely stuck mid payment, the money was taken from my bank account and Swanson sent me automatic message saying that my order wasn't finished. I immediately contacted customer service on 30th and again on jan 2nd, still no response (they promise to respond in 24hrs after contacting them - fat chance). I had screen shots of this payment to them and everything, apparently their reputation doesn't really matter and they want me and others to let their transaction providers know they are here actively stealing money and not returning it. I can absolutely not recommend their services even though they have some not so common supplements - just pay the extra money and get them elsewhere. Also the website is just ass. No info what so ever anywhere. Probably working from someone's mom's basement as a side hustle. EDIT: well LOL!!! As I was waiting for this review to go through I contacted Swanson USA to get some help, I sent them an email. Literally minutes went by after the email and I got another email from the transaction company that I will be refunded... But still no response from Swanson Europe. The one star remains. I have no clue if contacting the headquarters did the trick but that sure was funny

The products I have been ordering for the past two years are constantly out of stock. I have mailed their customer service on two occasions and not received an answer. Just like a customer above mentioned, they pull out the "offensive" card when someone gets frustrated by their lousy customer service. I have decided to try and find the products from somewhere else.

Kurz nach der Bestellung storniert, da noch etwas gefehlt hat. Stornierung wurde durch den Support bestätigt, mit dem Hinweis das ich das Geld komplett zurück erhalte. Danach eine zweite Bestellung gemacht. Nun beide Bestellung erhalten und beide Bestellungen bezahlt, keine Antwort auf Anfragen. Keinerlei Anstalten das ich mein Geld wiederbekomme.

Varen blev leveret på kun 24 timer, så det var virkelig god service. Jeg var lidt skeptisk inden jeg bestilte, da det kommer fra udlandet. Men alt gik nemt og uden problemer.
