decent products, kinda ok everything else.

Products are great and website works fine, though there is no indicator of whether your product is actually in stock or not. The delivery company used is a bit rough (and that company's customer service are pretty rude). Also my item came up way too large and you will be charged both for the delivery of the replacement and the return delivery of the original item which in this day and age is pretty shocking. Email based customer service is basically non existent but the people on the phone were nice.
